Prayer Request
Today I am taking care of my sick brother in Delta. In today's post, I just want to ask all of you to please pray for Spencer. He has had some sort of tonsillitis or strep for a while now. He is having trouble breathing and cant swallow. I know that there is power in prayer and if all of you could say a prayer for him I know it would help. Thank you so much.

Wardrobe Malfunction
Yesterday, I was trying to find something comfortable to wear that wasn't sweats for Thanksgiving. Come to find out, all but 2 pair of my jeans seem to have formed holes, rendering them useless. After a lot of trial and error, I finally found the ensemble that past the test. I was now ready to put my socks and shoes on and walk out the door. When I bent over, my pants split right up the back side. A good 5 inch rip too. I was so close! We went shopping this morning and were able to get two pair of $42.00 pants for $13.00. Good timing for Black Friday.
Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! This is my favorite holiday and I am very excited to celebrate it this year with my husband. I am very thankful to have such a blessed year. I got to married the love of my life, we have a warm home, and food on the table. Thank you Lord for a wonderful year.
Virtual Makover
I was wanting to see what I would look like with red hair so Brett found a site that I could use to digitally do it. I did not have a photo of myself that would work for the site. However, I did have one of Brett. This was the absolute worst combination of makeup and hair I could come up with. I am so sorry honey, but it is just too funny! I will never do this to you again.
Glitter
I just received the best package ever! A box full of ultra fine glitter. I cant wait to use it. Thank you Momma!
Christmas Shopping
Today I did a full day of shopping for Brett's Christmas gifts. I am exhausted! I cant find what he would want. He is SO picky. I am stressing out. I am going to just give my mind a break and enjoy Thanksgiving. I will start over next week. I still love him very much and I want him to like his gifts.
Sweet Baby
I had the great honor of babysitting the best baby that has ever been born. I, without a doubt, would love to be blessed to have a baby boy just like him. He is the son of Brett's first cousin and he is perfect.
Another Project
This took me way too long and I probably will not do it again. However, it looks really neat.
This project took one whole magazine. I first cut the spine off then cut all of the pages in half lengthwise. Then fold that half piece in half lengthwise.
Now fold each side in half.
Repeat that step on each side.
I then just rolled the folded strips into circles, glued the circles together, and outlined the cross with more strips.
Now fold each side in half.
Repeat that step on each side.
Repeat that step again on each side. So now the paper has been folded in half and each side was folded tree times.
Double RL Ranch
Well today I was at Ralph Lauren's ranch. Every time he or his family come in, my husband and father-in-law have to wax the floors. I go to keep them company and help them remember where to place everything after they move it. We go about 3 or 4 times a year and I always enjoy it. Every time we go they have redecorated with little knick-knacks covering every surface. I don't have any pictures because we are not allowed to take any while on his property. Unfortunately, I fell asleep on the floor while Brett was working. This time change has messed me up.
Snow Day
Loving this snow day with Brett. Doing crafts, playing Sorry, watching The Truman Show. This is the life.
