Brett and I are only seven days apart so this year we decided to celebrate both our birthdays together on his birthday. We ended up going to Moab Utah to visit the Canyon Lands. Boy we had a blast! All of these were taken by Brett.
New Floors
We obviously don't have trim, baseboard, some doors, new windows, outlets, or lights done yet, but you can really see a difference. This is just a rough slideshow.
SUN!!!
I went to the hot springs in Ouray with some friends. We spent over four hours in the water. I got my first sunburn of the year!!
First Signs of Spring
This is the most scraggly bush I have ever seen but I will take what I can get. Just something to show me winter is almost over. Anything but more snow! (Update: It snowed right after I took this picture.)
Family Visit
My parents just showed up after church last Sunday. I have been very homesick lately so the timing could not have been better. I don't know how they were able to keep it a secret. It was just the best week. One of my favorite trips of theirs. On a side note, while they were here we installed our floor. I will show more when they are done.
